The Shape of Change: A Basket Weaving Workshop for Women in Perimenopause Sept 21

$250.00

This workshop is a gentle, hands-on gathering for women navigating the emotional, physical, and cognitive transitions of perimenopause. Together, we’ll explore the meditative and tactile process of thinking and feeling through our hands, using twined basketry to build vessels that hold and form.

Through guided weaving instruction, journaling prompts, and space for conversation, we’ll reflect on themes of memory, identity, the shifting body, and the often unspoken experience of midlife. Whether you’re feeling foggy, nostalgic, exhausted, or empowered, this space welcomes it all.

No weaving experience is needed. Tea, conversation, and quiet time will be part of the rhythm.

This class is a reminder: you are not unraveling, you are being reshaped.
